Thank you to my incredible Uncle Julian who personally hand delivered his two precious cargo to the summer adventure of a lifetime--my cousin Erik and I are here studying at the University of Sussex in Brighton, England for two months, completing 12 units of credit in Biology and Physics respectively :)
Uncle Julian was the pinnacle of generosity and fun and I will forever cherish the memories we made together on this trip!
I hope to chronicle through pictures every step of the trip. Our first official day of touring was on Friday, June 21, where we started off the morning with a typical English Breakfast (baked beans, roasted tomatoes, croissants, fried bread, and the like :) ) and took the train into London, Victoria. We were joined by Uncle Julian's friend Nick--a wonderful tour guide and new dear friend and incredibly helpful resource, Kevin--David's Fraternity brother in Sigma Chi, I spotted his Sigma Chi shirt upon coming off of the bus into Brighton on Thursday and we had the pleasure of touring with him and his Aunt Lynda who was also there to deliver Kevin to school!
It isn't London without a telephone booth picture :)
Uncle Julian's amazing friend Nick, a native of Brighton, was our fantastic tour guide for the day! We started off our tour at the Buckingham Palace, just in time to catch the end of the changing of the guard

Brings back so many memories....Uncle Julian celebrated his birthday here with the family exactly 12 years ago this July!

Enjoying the variable British weather with a brolly parade on the way to the theater :)
Uncle Julian treated us to the show 'A Chorus Line' in the London Palladium theater: DELIGHTFUL! Hands down one of my favorite Broadway productions :)
